Through a recent notification on 19/08/2020 national board of examination has inform regarding course fees that trainees undergoing training for various DNB/DrNB/FNB/FNBFPIS (including Direct 6 Years Courses) shall be required to pay the annual course fee, for each year, directly to NBEMS.
The annual course fee payable by an NBEMS trainee is as follows

*Payment gateway charges shall be borne by the NBEMS trainee
NBEMS trainees of the following admission sessions are required to deposit the annual course fee for Academic Year 2021

| Post Diploma | 2020 (2nd Year) and onwards |
| Super Specialty | 2019 (3rd Year) and onwards |
